Please give me suggetion for following topic,
I have register for Excise on going process and i have charged excise duty on the date of 11 Dec 2012, I can credit cenvat before purchase of material relating to sales after 11 dec 2012.
please reply.....
You can take the cenvat credit on laying stock upto 11.12.2012 on purchase before registration.
