I have paid excise of my one firm under the excise code of another firm.
What is the procedure to get the code corrected?

Have you deposited amount under PLA to wrong ECC number?? That is what you mean to say??
yes I have entered the sister concern's assessee code while making the payment of challan.
How can I get the assessee code corrected?
You can change now. option left to use for any later liability of sister concern or apply for refund
Are you trying to say you cannot change now ?
Yes once deposited you can not change now
