Can monthly return (ER-1) filed under Excise laws be revised? If yes, whats the time limit for filing revised return?
There is no provision under excise act / rules for revising the return. In case there is mistake visit your jurisidictional range officer with a letter stating the mistake and requesting for the considering revised return as final one.
