why not dear u can discharge ur service tax liability out of cenvat credit of service tax & excise duty .
one more thing dear if u are not providing any exempted services there is no need of one to one corelation between credit & duty liability.
can anyone provide the DUTY calculation method of BOE
of course u can, provided ur output service is not exempted one. Also, there is no need to line to line correlation between input and output service. u can avail the CENVAT Credit.
