No sir there is no seperate no of excise gate pass for Removal of  as Such Goods . Only you have to mentioned  that you are removing the  goods  as such only.

Please mention in the Invoice "Cleared under rule 3(5), Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004" @ TOP AREA of Invoice or  "AS SUCH REMOVALS".

No it is not required to maintain separete sl no for CAS.

If you want to maintain separately, you can get permission from excise dept. it is also admissable.

taking permission from the dept. you can use separate excise invoice book for as such sale.
