Can you provide a format (xls) which is having auto calculation format. eg. once we put the value of assessable value in particular column, the calculation in other column automatically changes as per 'entered' formula in the excel sheet format.

I am an importer, can I raise excise invoice to dealer or it should be raised to an end user to take cenvat credit.
I am a dealer / importer and can I invoice 2 bill of entry products under one single invoice and pass on the modvat. Is it allowed as per central excise rule no.11
