Excise invoice

For Limited Company you need to pass a Board Resolution for authorisation of an employee to sign Excice Invoice on behalf of the Company. Further you need to submit with your local excise office a Extractof Board resoltuion alongwith a covering letter attesting therein signature of the Employee/Authrosied Signatory. The covering letter addressed to the Excise Authority shall be singed by a Director with signature of Authosied employee duly attested by him. Further shall insist for acknowledgement of the Excise Authority and shall be preserved for furtuer reference.
