Dear Seniors,
i am working in a Pvt Ltd company and the company registered as a Excise Dealer,Company is transferring the excise amount from Manufacturers to customers.
My doubt is one of the Manufacturer Raised Excise invoice on our company but they have not mentioned our company Excise nos in Excise Invoice. Now, Is My Company eligable to pass on the Excise amount to our customers?.
Please suggest me.

in the case you written above your company is not eligibale to pass excise amount to customer, as your excise no. is mendatory to quote in invoice
You have to correct invoice by your supplier, and take cenvat credit and pass it.
