Can someone clarify the following:-
If a factory is working on one shift the goods are to be cleared by 5:30 pm.
But if it is working two shifts what is the tiem limit till which the goods must be cleared for dispatch.
And if it is working 24 hrs and on sunday. Can we clear goods on sunday?
I think, there is no such time and day restriction for despatching the goods
as it is now self removal procedure for despatch of goods. only thing is
it should be properly supervised and should be despatched under cover
of Invoice by debiting proper excise duty.
The restriction of time about removal has been dispensed with since long. Now there is no restriction on removal of goods. It can be cleared 24 hours on all days including Sunday
