I am First stage dealer
i want to know how much stage gat pass can de issued. I am issue gat pass as first stage dealer, after that buyer issue it to his purchse as secound stage the same can be issued at unlimited stage.

only 1st and 2nd stage is permitted
however manufacturer deport who is also registered as dealer, is not catagorized under the above.
