Excise duty rate
which excise duty rate is to be followed for IPCC November 2015 exam?

Hello,
For CA exam, it will be 12% and SHEC exra..
And for CS and CMA exams, it will be 12.5% and SHEC has omitted.
These amendments have not apply for CA November attempt as it comes in the month of June.

But didn't this amendment come in finance act so that sould be in February and accordingly shouldn't new rate be applied?
12.5% since it was effective from 1.3.2015 (i.e before 6 months)
