Excise duty

A dealer purchasing goods with excise duty for Rs.100000(approx) and he sells the goods worth Rs.50000 without Excise duty and for Rs.25000 he provides services and also sells with excise duty. For few he provides services alone. My question is whether he can deduct excise duty for providing services alone? Thanks in advance

No, in this concept you can passed only excise duty you cannot be adjusted for further payment of excise duty.
