Dear Everybody.

Can you help me on below point:-

We are a trading company  and we are purchasing material from interstate for Export only how can we get the exemption of Excise Duty  i.e.12.36%  using CT- Form and ARE-1 from. and how can we used.

 Please advise urgently.

I dont think that ED would be applicable for a assessee carrying on trading business as ED is applicable only to assesses carrying on only manufacturing business on whihc ED is chargeable.

You can procure material without payment of duty for export purpose under CT-1. For that purpose you should provide B-1 Bond with Central Exicise range office. After execution of Bond, department will issue CT-1, on that basis you can buy material for export without payment of duty. After export proof of should be submitted to range superintend.
