I am very much new about this group and i saw lots messages which is really helpful. In that contest i have a query which is mentioned below please help me :
I have ordered a modular kitchen items on 11 the february 2012, and the vendor says that they will deliver it within 6-8weeks from the date of purchase order. I have enquired about by order status as on 22nd march 2012 and that that time they confirmed me my material already reached their warehouse and they will deliver it by this week.
Today i got an email from the vendor that the order value may changed as the excise duty raised from 10% to 12.3% and it is applicable from 17th march 2012. Can you please confirm from when it will be applicable.
