Dear All , I have a doubt ..
Our Client is a medium size manufac .,they d'nt have Excise Registration. This year they purchase of some goods Including excise , Now They want to take credit of this . Is it possible ?? If No than Please explain me with section
If they will registered under central excise and pay the duty then they can take the cenvat credit.
if they do not have excise registration they cannot take credit as they do not have output liability

I agree with Mr. Arun. Without obtaining the excise registration, they can not avail the cenvat facility.
No doubt here.
