I have a query regarding excise law. if I purchase a m material from sez which I will sale to a company which is engaged in manufacturing and exporting good to other country? can I purchase material duty free? please guide me as early as possible. thanks in advance

If your in SEZ too you can avail benefits if not ED CST Vat and other taxes are applicable
