but CVD can be claimed, which is charged in lieu of Excise
Customs duty not refundable.
Incase of imports only CVD and additional duty is eligible to avail as Cenvat.
Hence, your not allowed to claim custom duty and its cesses
If claimed and utilized,pl immediately revese along with interest.
