My company regitered in Excise and we have avail SSI exemption under notification 8/2003. In this qtr. we have purchase some material and take cenvate credit and after that we have sell these material without any processing. Where its transction amount include in SSI limit (4 crore) or not.

Yes it will be considered as clearance for home consumption and will be considered in the determination of total turnover for the purpose of calculating Rs 4cr exemption limit.
