we  are doing job work of other party and if outward excise is more than cenvet credit  for material on account of job work and material dispatch for job work can i cleare the material form our own cenvet credit and recover from the party  we are also manufacturing our products.and we are having huge credit balance due to capital goods crtedit and other like input credit and service tax credit
