Excess leaves in industrial training

I am in my last year of articleship and is undergoing as Industrial Trainee. I have taken only about 31 days leave in my 2 year’s articleship and want to know that am I eligible to claim the balance leaves of 72 days (365*2/7-31) during my Industrial Training in addition to the 51 days leaves (being eligible leaves of 3rd year) kindly state with reason, however what are the consequences if I took leave in excess of leaves eligible to me.
