Excel utility ITR-3, Excel found unreadable

At the time of opening Excel utility for ITR 3 shows message "Excel found unreadable content in ITR3 2020 PR3.1.xlsm " Do you want to recover contents of this workbook. How to deal with this problem ?

I know. it's difficult to file ITR through Excel utility. kindly use any software for filing ITR.
