Amit the file is in Office 2007 format. Try to open with Office 2007 or Try enclosed one.

Please answer my query, I am newly finished c.a. one of my client is want ed to open the account with bank. He is doing business of selling and producing sweets. He does not have bank account or firm name. He is doing business from his house.But now he want loan from bank .So what is the procedure to open a firm with name registration or he has to file his individual return?
