Excel-Subtotal Querry

Can any Excel Expert clarify my doubt;

My data having 1585 rows and A to K columns , I want to sum I,J,K columns, I already sorted my data, column “A” having Month and column “B” having Service name, Now I want subtotals as 1) Month wise 2) Service wise. When I subtotaling my data it is only either Month or Service wise option is appearing in subtotal function.

 

 

Please give best solution  to solve my problem.

MS-EXCEL FOR ALL

USE THE AUTO FILTER OPTION

SELECT THE ROW WHICH HAS HEADINGS THEN

DATA-FILTER-AUTO FILTER

THEN CLICK ON THE ARROW ON MONTH COLUMN  SELECT THE MONTH U WANT TO.(OR USE CUSTOM OPTION WHERE U CAN SELECT MULTIPLE MONTHS) , YOU WILL GET THE DATA FOR THAT RESPECTIVE MONTH THEN SELCT THE ARROW MARK ON SERVICE COLUMN , SELECT THE SERVICE U WANT TO AND U R DONE . GET THE TOTAL FOR THE MONTH AND SERVICE .BUT YOU HAVE TO SELECT MONTH FIRST IF YOU WANT TO SEE A INCOME FROM PARTICULAR SERVICE IN A PARTICULAR MONTH .

for your reply reg. my querry of Subtotal, if there is no other way (Automatically) , Manually copying each month, what you told in the mail is best.
