Excel pivot related doubt

Knowledge resource 379 views 2 replies

I have more than 5 pivots in an excel sheet all feeded from same source of data, now if I wanted to include a new field in all pivots (field already there in data) (either row wise or column wise) is there any option to include that field in all pivots through single click. (Like we refresh all pivots through refresh all button)

When you go to the sheet where you have created pivot table, you'll see 'Options' menu bar at the top. Choose this menu (i.e. 'Options')then choose refresh and click on refresh all. You'll get the updated pivot if any of the rows has been updated in data sheet.

Thanks Vikas for your info. but I mentioned this already (like we refresh all). My doubt is like we do refresh all can we do options chages for all pivots at once. Suppose if I want to include Grand toal for all pivots could I do this one single click (I know how to include grand total for a single pivot - how to do this for all pivots at once is doubt)
