Select the column where Dr & Cr is showing then press Ctrl + H (Replace) then enter in Find what : DR & Replace with : + then Find what : CR & Replace with : -

 Its not working.

Please check attached file, You have to select the amount column & right click on mouse then select format cell & choose Number >> Accounting then select 2 decimal then ok. Hope it will be work.

simple solution , change values format to numeric.

revised format also attached for your ready use.

 Earlier attachment manually i have changed Cr to negative value i have attached new file could tell me know how to this . 

Pl see enclosed file. 1st select to all values numeric, then put negative values for Cr , after that select values to "custom format" Dr , Cr.
