There is no revaluation by ICAI. Only way is to go for a suit. But doesn't think it is going to work. Because we have already agreed to their terms. You need to consult a lawyer.
I have discussed these issues with a lawyer. From all those one thing I came to know that ICAI, unlike any other universities is controlled by Chartered Accountants who are one of the two major beneficiaries of these course ie students and the members which can be lifted if we move a suit. In other words when ICAI benefits both members and students and members are the one who administer ICAI, there will be conflict of interest. As per the Constitution it is not possible. I don't know how this Chartered Accountants Act itself has enacted. The only way to remove this conflict of interest is to remove members from administration.

For example, take the case of LLB, who are administering students? Universities isn't it? Bar associations is a separate one.

When it is ICAI, it is a whole different scenario. I don't know why no student has gone again this till now. If there was adequate finance, I may have tried. May be some coaching institutes can go for it.
What ICAI is trying to do is to make the best out of you. For that, they are keeping some if their valuation standards secret. In that way, everyone will not be copycats and will come with their own stuff.

The issue is when they try to reduce the marks. They want to do it because they need to keep the demand and supply in tact. They need to keep the value of the certificate.

It is not justice when some persons qualify when they raise the percentage. And another clear manipulation happens when they are in need of articles. They will qualify those students who may not have those standards for finals. They will struggle much at the final level.

If you are a lucky one you can get into the luckiest of times. Everyone doesn't pass by luck. But some are certainly benefited. We can see the examples in our own circle. It is really hard to digest.
What they need to do is to increase the quality of exams conducted rather than to play at the tabulation. Open book examination is the only way. They need to ask, purely application questions. Now they are asking direct questions which can be vomited by some students who doesn't even know what they have wrote. A chartered Accountant in his practical life needs less memorisation and more application as he can refer books at any time. The same thing should happen at the exam hall. The student should be given an opportunity to refer the books and present an opinion. Who needs direct questions?

The advantage of this is that students need less memorisation and more conceptual clarity. Isn't that the entire curriculum speak for?
In your case I will tell you not to write exactly like the suggested answers. Because I guess there is an instruction by the institute to give only half marks if they feel like student has produced the exact answer.
What is the difference of the above app with the suggested answer provided by the ICAI?
