Has ICAI changed rules to allow only Black pen in exams? Instruction in Admit Card says so.
Till last exam it was "Use blue or black ink or ball point pen."
This time it says "Use black ink ball point pen only."

Whenever you download Admit Card for your exam, read instruction sheet, if they have mentioned to use either only Black or only blue ball pen,then it can be followed accordingly.
