Can we write/draw the question's summary in answer sheets to understand and solve it in a better way?
Also, can pencil be used to draw such diagram?

Use rough pages... In last pages.... Write at top its rough page

yes you can but you must write it as working notes....and don't draw diagrams using pencil...you never know checker can erase it.
