hi..

Please help me out for the following two points:

1) Exams leave (leave on the Date of Exams actually conducted) for the B. Com level exams such as college exams and university exams shoul be included in the total leave allowed to articles i.e. 183 days

2) Excess days worked calculation.

e.g I have worked 21 days on official holidays (national holidays like on 25th Dec., Rakhi festival etc.)

so should i have adjust 3 days ( divide 21 by 7 for counting my additional days worked),

should i have to directly adjust 21 days in my total working days.

PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS ITS URGENT

Exam leave during the B.com exams or other universities exams doesn't make your training extend or also it depend on your relations with your C.A. Normally, it doesnot ....

Or for the excess work on the festive days or overtime doesnot count in your training period or it depends on your C.A............
