whether CA sign is necessary in certificate of completion for exam form if articleship was already completed.

Not necessary
If u have already uoaded 1 time after attestation from CA, then for the second time and onwards, self attestation is required only.
previous time I have not uploaded attested from CA.
plz confirm
download the completion certificate from www.icaiexam.icai.org if it has the option to get it attested from ca, then u have to get it attested. If it doesn't have such option, then self attestation is enough.
