U can take signature of any Member of the Institute (whether practicing or not)

However, to be on the safer side just ensure that you take the signature of a 'Practicing CA' only.

It is not necessary that only your principal must sign it

I went to CA Institute to clarify regarding the new Procedure.They told me that no attestaion from Ca is required if you have CA Articleship Completion Letter.I have already completed my articleship long back.So I need to upload only the articleship completion letter? Kindly clarify

If photo and signature is there, attestation of CA is not required. No need to submit the form to ICAI.

Yes  I have already applied for final exams.But before I used to submit certificate of service attested by ICAI member along with articleship completion letter

The same doesn't applies now??? My photo and signature is there but anyways that Certificate of service is mentioned as a mandatory document that needs to be scanned and attached with attestation of CA in guidance note for Final .Iam extremely confused.Please help

I have already submitted the form and the requirement for certificate is mandatory even if you have a picture with signature already mentioned there. 

Further the certificate can be attested by any practising CA member and not necessarily your principal of you have already completed your articleship.
