Exam form query urgent......
in 2 nd group i gave dt & idt in may 2015 & i got 66 marks in idt but i was absent 4 costing & isca .today i filled the online form for nov 2015 & claimed that as exemption & paid the fees online. afterwards my friend told me that you cannt have exemption if you r absent for other 2 papers i was really shocked .pls guide what should i do & how should i correct my exam form???

Nothing to worr, yyou can check your exemptions at https://exemptions.icaiexam.icai.org/ near 15th October, if it shows exemption you need not to appear, otherwise you can appear for the group if you have applied, that doesn't matter that you have filled exemption in exam for or not
Yes. Your friend is correct. The rule for claiming exemption is that you must be present in all papers of the group.
Ya right for claiming exemption u must be present for all paper in that particular group.
You are not eligible for exemption as you were absent in other paper(s), so your friend was right.
