Exam form query

Hello Admin,

My articleship is completed on 28.04.2015 but i had yet not submitted form no.108. I had to fill exam form which require certificate of service in which i had to fill articleship completion declaration point which require a certified true copy of the confirmation letter by icai that your articleship is completed. My query is that i had not submitted form 108 then how can i fill that details. If i have to fill those details then what date i am supposed to fill? Whether the date of submission of form 108 to regional office is sufficient for these purpose? I had sumitted the same query to e shayata grievances and exmination department also. But there reply is awaited.

It is urgent.
Kindly resolve my query soon.

Enclose an application with exam form stating your issue. And whenever you will receive completion letter, send an attested copy of the same. It will be valid.

no body replies on ICAI esahayata helpline. i am waiting since 1 year. so leave the hope from that source.

Regarding your querry, just submit the exam form. take sign of your principal (where u completed ur articleship)

Further attach the letter from ur CA stating your name, registration number, date of joining articleship and date of completion. take this on CA Firm's letter head, make it stamped and signed by ur ca.

Most important submit your exam form, dont wait for procedural completions. just send the letter along with exam form thats sufficient. and trust me, even if you dont send anything then also ICAI will accept your exam form, just they will hold your result, so up to result date you have to manage the procedural requirements....

so my recommendation is, just dont worry, just fill the exam form online and study with full concentration, forget about procedural requirements, you have time till result date.
