Yes. You can get it attested by any other practising CA. On the certificate there is a option like principal/Member. So strike off principal.

If u don't have articleship completion letter then, u can take the printout of letter from icai print letter and show to CA for signature

Students who have completed their articleship and entered into ipc through conversion from PCC .Are they need to upload certificate ?
