Exam form fill up query

I appeared for my CA Final (both groups) in Nov 15 Attempt but failed to qualify. I filled the exam form for May 16 attempt but I didnot appear for Group 1. I will also not be appearing for Group 2 this May 16term. I will appear for both groups in Nov 16 term. Will there be any problem in Form filing for Nov 16 term since in May16 I remained absent for both the groups despite filling the form for both groups.
