Exam Form

Sir,

My Final attempt is May 2018, articleship termination date is 23rd March 2018, and further extension after May Final exams will go till the month of August.

Further there are 2 forms for Certificate of Service one is for students who will be completing articleship before 30th April and the second for the students serving last 6 months of articleship, I am confused as to which form is applicable in my case, please help me resolve the issue.
