you can be signed any member of icai
but according to new notification they are asking to download the certificate of service form and get it signed by principal and scan and submit it while filling the online examination form.
if your articleship is completed then u can be signed by any ca. and format given at icaiexam.icai.org and in the format clearly mentioned that signature of principal or member of icai
