icai is very harsh on students since decades.. first the exam checking and passing percentage.. then syllabus changing frequency increases year after year.. and now fees has also been increasing too frequently..
they should understand that once upon a time they have also been a student and should understand the problems.

Yes, Mallika you are totally correct it is too much harasment at institute end. Yes it is understood that the pass percentage should be dependent on the industry demand. But why there is increase in the exam fees more frequently and that too with high range from 300-500 Per Group.
We all students should take a call aganist the same.
They do say Infaltion/other Factors as reason for Increasing the Exam fee, Course fee Etc, but Unfortunatly the don't consider that in, Increasing the Staipend of an Articleship Student, No President Has taken efforts to Increase, Some might have Praposed but that all went to Dustbin.....I don't know why??????
We can't change it, so why to complain ?

Is it mandatory to take sign of our principle where we have done our articleship or we can take sign of any of practicing member?

fees increase will not be withdrawn on a complaints... only option we have is to finish the course at the first opportunity available..(and start paying membership fees:- )
