I am appearing in the ca final exam after 6 years, do i need to undergo any eligibility criteria apart from articleship requirements?

Please let me know asap.

I think there will not be any if you have finished you articleship. But just do confirm from Institute. You can just ask them over phone

hmm six years means u are register in before 2002 scheme i think i need to check with ICAI for correct answer. Best of Luck
