if a student is not cleared his anyone paper then He must give complete exam. IPCC

The scores are subject to groupwise marking system. For instance if you have scored 40 or more in each subject of Group 1 and also an average of 50% in aggregate then you will not be required to attempt for Group 1 again. 

Also if you attempt for both groups and you score a minimum of 40 in each subject and an average of 50% in aggregate then you are considered passed even if have not scored an average of 50% individually in both groups.

Scoring 40 will be considered as pass...but if you have scored below 40 then you will have to reappear for the entire group. Only subjects in which you have scored 60 or more will be exempted i;e you won't have to reappear for those subjects.

yes what ever Fatin Nizami said is right...
40 marks in each subject and 50% in aggregate
and if you get 60 or more in any paper, that paper is exempted for next 3 attempts...
registration amount 18000 will be payable again for 2 attempt

No, you should only pay the exam fees for all the subsequent attempts.
