At the time of making application for writing examination, you are given list of exam centres which you wish to select. Accordingly, its your choice to write examination in part of the country. Download copy of admit card, it suffices. However, in your own interest carry any valid identity card including ICAIs student identity card or Election ID card or DL etc...!!

yes u can give exam from dubai also.... but take the centre wisely. First see whether there is proper environment during exam period for study.
