I am residing out of India and when i visit https://icaiexam.icai.org for filling the online exam application it shows error as page under construction.
Can anyone tell me which site to visit to fill the online application for november exams.

In online PCC exam form in eligibility details, it ask for certificate of 15 months completion article certificate.
Where we get it ? Or Is it mandatory ?
