Exact way of photo attestation on DIN form

I have a query about photo attestation on DIN form. Will be greatful if someone can post a quick response.

 - Does the authorized person (say CS) need to sign ACROSS the photo of the DIN applicant? (OR the signature of authorized person can be anywhere on that page?)

- Is the seal of authorized person also needed to be stamped across the photo of DIN applicant?

- Does the DIN applicant need to sign across his/her own photo?

Additionally -

- Is every page of DIN application form required to be attested by authorized person?
