Ex-gratia
How is ex-gratia calculated? Is there any act governing ex-gratia payments? Is there any maximum limit for payment of ex-gratia? Is it an allowable expense for IT (or is there any limit in IT)?

Dear Arjun,
as per my KBA exgratia is an additional payment made by employer to employee & that is not covered by any specific law, but only on the discreation of the employer such payments r made.
