Ewaybill for intrastate movement
we are in Himachal Pradesh and selling goods to one our customer also in Himachal distance is near about 38 km. can we make sales without ewb or not. please guide.

Intrastate is not needed in Himachal Pradesh. The e-way bill in Himachal Pradesh will be applicable from 1st June.
So you also make sales without e-way bill.

1. one of our inter state customer takes delivery of goods our from our premises, in that case who is liable to generate E-way ?
2. In the second case customer arranges transporter to pick the goods from our premises, so in this case who is liable to generate E-way bill ?

there is no boundation to by whom generate eway bill ... who is registered in gst laible to generate eway bill ...if both ( receipent/supplier) unregistered then transporter liable to generate (not matter transporter registered or not in gst)
