is the limit of rs 50000 or rs 1 lac applicable for generating eway bill in tamilnadu

50000 is the limit all over India.

50000 is the consignment value. If the value of consigment > 50000 then eway bill is required.

The transporter is not required to generate eway bill in this case since value of consigment is 50000 and not >50000.

E-way bill will be required when the value of taxable consignment, along with the tax value, is more than Rs 50,000

we loading two deliveries and two different parties each party taxable value is Rs.30000/= TOTALLY RS.60000/= IN ONE TRUCK. CAN WE MAKE E-WAY BILL OR NOT.

thanks sir .....there is a notification no 09/2018 issued by the tamilnadu government on 31/5/2018...in that notification the limit is prescribed as 1 lakh for INTRA state movement of goods and also a list of 100 items given were eway bill is not required...can you please clarify..thanks

Yes eway bill for intra state to be generated as per State government's rule. So for Tamilnadu intra-state movement 1 lakh is the limit and 100 items mentioned therein does not require eway bill.
