Eway bill requirement

I've a question regarding EWAY Bill.

For example :

A Customer visits the Shop and p[urchase 45000 worth of goods and make payment there itself and takes delivery i.e. goods are delivered there itself without any movement and customer takes it by Hand. In that case whether supplier needs to prepare EWAY Bill ?

Please clarify?

No, E way Bill is not required..

It's depend on the nature of goods ... hence can you define ....goods sold

If the invoice value is less 50,000* or
the mode of transport is non-motorized vehicle, Then E-way bill is not necessary.

As per the query, E-way bill not required.

Good worth less then 50K does not require E way bill. But still in above situation supplier does not give e way bill then even any person can generate E Way Bill for Citizens i.e even the receiver can generate e way bill through e way bill for citizen option from e way bill portal.
