part B eway bill to be prepared where the supplier first moves the goods to the transporter in his own conveyance and then the transporter transports the goods to the ultimate buyer
If the distance between the place of supplier and transporter is upto 50 kms within the State, then vehicle details is not required in Part-B of EWB.
- Third Proviso to Rule 138(3)
If the distance is more than that, then generate EWB with supplier vehicle details and update the vehicle details later.
