Eway bill missed

We dispatched our goods without generating of eway bill for Apr 22.

we are applicable for einvoice, without eway bill we will not able to generate einvoice.

any leads would be appreciated

There is no restriction that you can not generate e invoice without e way bill, however e way mandatory for movement of goods if exceeds limits as applicable to respective State

E-way need to be generated only when the consignment value is more 50 lac & being transported via motorised Conveyance.
Thus if both condition is satisfied then you are required to generate E-way.

Eway bill and einvoicing are not related to each other in any way. Both are required in different circumstances. If both e-invoicing and eway bill are applicable to according to their conditions then both have to be generated.

In your case since you have already dispatched the goods without eway bill you can still generate eway bill if it is in transit however you will face problems with dates. If the goods have already reached destination then you will not generate eway bill. That will remain a non compliance from your end.

Thanks Altamush Bhai, i will not generate e way bull as per your advice. what about e invoice against this shipment? shall i generate IRN at present date without e way bill? kindly assist me
