Eway bill Generation incase of DM
Whether material can be shipped to the purchaser by issuing Delivery Memo instead of Tax Invoice.? How to generate eway in absense of tax invoice??

No, goods are taxable at 18%.
Sir if the Goods are taxable under GST then Invoice is must. Why are you not issuing Invoice ?
Goods are subjected to quality check and can variate the value of goods if quality is found different which will result in revision of tax invoice.
